Cancellation or postponement is unfortunately no longer possible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udccc Why is that?<\/b><\/b><\/h4>\n

We understand that unexpected situations can arise – they happen. At the same time, we are a young photo studio<\/b><\/span>that focuses on fair prices<\/b><\/span> prices. Unfortunately, we experience <\/span>no-shows every day<\/b>, which for us is comparable to a <\/span>hotel room that remains empty or a restaurant table that has been reserved but remains unoccupied<\/b> . The damage remains with us: <\/span>Our team is on site, the studio infrastructure is ready, the wages are running – but the appointment is not kept.<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

Why we need a clear regulation<\/b><\/b><\/h4>\n

Every rejection has individual reasons, which we <\/span>can of course understand<\/b>. But all in all, this means that we have <\/span>real financial loss<\/b>which we cannot compensate for. In order to continue <\/span>fair prices and a professional service for all our customers<\/b>we have opted for a <\/span>clear, fair and transparent regulation<\/b> and transparent regulation:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Appointments that are not attended will be charged<\/b>regardless of the reason for cancellation.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • An individual examination of each case is not feasible<\/b><\/span>as this would be neither economically viable nor fair to other customers.<\/li>\n
  • By agreeing to our GTC, you have expressly consented to this regulation.<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This regulation is not a punishment, but a necessity<\/b><\/span>to keep our studio economically stable and to continue to offer a high-quality photography experience at fair prices.<\/b><\/span> at fair prices.<\/p>\n
