Cancellation up to 4 hours before the start of the shoot

Too bad you can’t make the appointment. You can cancel the appointment by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail. The appointment is then automatically canceled. You do not need to call us or contact us by email. We would be delighted if you would book a new appointment.

Cancellation or postponement is unfortunately no longer possible. Our price system is based on fixed bookings, where a photographer is firmly scheduled. Cancellations at short notice cause idle times and additional costs. This is the only way we can always offer you low prices. We treat all customers equally. -> You don’t need to do anything else. We will send you an invoice by e-mail within 48 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

No-Show: Missed appointment
