Welcome to Select
As an administrative all-rounder, you are responsible for all our shoots in Switzerland. As an organizational talent, you always have an overview of appointment coordination, communication with our customers and photographer schedules. We will also train you on the camera and give you the opportunity to accompany our photographers on shoots at various locations. With your independence, you will also be able to take on responsibility for tasks independently after some time and actively support the management. We offer you the opportunity to get to know a modern photo company from A to Z.

What you bring with you
- You are enthusiastic about gaining an insight into the everyday office life of a dynamic start-up company
- You enjoy working independently and have a lot of initiative
- Ideally, you have some experience with Office programs
- You speak German very well and have a good command of English
- You don’t shy away from tasks such as shopping, processing mail, filling fruit baskets, preparing shooting material, etc. and proactively seek out new tasks
- Your personality is characterized by your upbeat and service-oriented nature
Our framework conditions
- The internship lasts at least 6 months
- The workload is 80 – 100%, Tue – Sat, your workplace is in Zurich directly at our studio
