📌 Why is that?
We understand that unexpected situations can arise – they happen. At the same time, we are a young photo studiothat focuses on fair prices prices. Unfortunately, we experience no-shows every day, which for us is comparable to a hotel room that remains empty or a restaurant table that has been reserved but remains unoccupied . The damage remains with us: Our team is on site, the studio infrastructure is ready, the wages are running – but the appointment is not kept.
Why we need a clear regulation
Every rejection has individual reasons, which we can of course understand. But all in all, this means that we have real financial losswhich we cannot compensate for. In order to continue fair prices and a professional service for all our customerswe have opted for a clear, fair and transparent regulation and transparent regulation:
- Appointments that are not attended will be chargedregardless of the reason for cancellation.
