Welcome to Select
Hey, nice to have you here! We are Select Photography GmbH, the address for first-class business photography. With studios in Zurich, Bern, Basel, Lucerne and St. Gallen, we offer top-notch photos for private and business clients.
We are currently looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and open personality for the role of Office Manager. You are the heart of our daily office operations and support the team and management wherever possible.
Your job
- Leadership: You manage the daily business with the office team and always maintain an overview.
- Mentoring: You are a coach for our interns and photographers.
- Organization: You ensure that our office is perfectly organized and suggest new processes to increase efficiency.
- Finances: You will be involved in financial accounting (checking daily income, checking supplier invoices)
- Support: You support the management with larger photo shoots, team scheduling and other back-office tasks.
What you bring with you
- You are open and communicative, love networking and prefer clear, direct communication.
- You are a talented organizer, act on your own initiative and independently, are a motivating leader and know how to assert yourself.
- You already have experience in office management, delegate skillfully and don’t get overwhelmed by problems.
- You are fluent in (Swiss) German and English.
- You are adept at using computers, especially Word and Excel, and are open to new technologies.
- You have specialist knowledge in office management, process management and accounting.
