The ideal person is highly independent, flexible, conceptually strong and brings the studio to peak performance on a daily basis by guiding both the office team and the photographers and supporting the day-to-day business as well as the planning and conception of new projects.

Welcome to Select

Hey, nice to have you here! We are Select Photography GmbH, the address for first-class business photography. With studios in Zurich, Bern, Basel, Lucerne and St. Gallen, we offer top-notch photos for private and business clients.

We are currently looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and open personality for the role of Office Manager. You are the heart of our daily office operations and support the team and management wherever possible.

Your job

  • You have the lead over our daily business and always maintain an overview.
  • You are a coach / support for our interns in daily business.
  • You ensure that the office is always perfectly organized and suggest new processes and solutions to increase efficiency.
  • You will be involved in financial accounting.
  • You support the management with shootings, resource planning, coordination of HR topics and everything else that arises in the back office.

What you bring with you

  • you are open and communicative, love networking and prefer clear, direct communication
  • you think quickly and you are open to new ideas and keeps an eye on trends.
  • you habe a talent for organization, acts on your own initiative and independently, you are motivating leader and knows how to assert yourself.
  • you have experience in office management and delegates skillfully without being overwhelmed by problems.
  • you are fluent in (Swiss) German and English.
  • the proficient in the use of computers, especially Word and Excel, and your are open to new technologies.
  • you have an expertise in office management, process management and accounting.
